Okay, I’ll admit, I was there for a different species. Alas, the target didn’t show. As to make the effort I took to get there worth it, I decided to see what backlight could do with the one species that was present abundantly: Reed Buntings. Everywhere I looked, I saw them. So, why not take advantage of that? And so I went home with some shots after all 😉 ….

Okay, ik geef het toe, ik was er eigenlijk voor een heel andere soort. Maar helaas, de doelvogel liet zich niet zien. Om de moeite die ik had genomen op pad te gaan, toch nog wat te laten lonen, besloot ik te kijken wat tegenlicht zou doen met de soort die wél in overvloed aanwezig was: de Rietgors. Overal waar ik keek, zag ik ze. Dus, waarom niet mijn voordeel er mee doen? Zo keerde ik alsnog met wat plaatjes huiswaarts 😉 ….
