New Species Day….

photocrati galleryThe forecast said a nice day with sunny weather. Some rareties have been reported over the last couple of days, so today was the day to check those out ! I went with a friend and we had a great day, seeing (in my case) three new species, two of which are ‘special’ for our country: Greater Yellowlegs and Bufflehead – the first only resulted in an evidence shot not worth showing here. The other new species for me was the Bar-tailed Godwit. On top of that we have seen many geese, buzzards, a group of Snow Buntings and a ‘shitty’ Kestrel. Check the  galery for some pics !
