This morning I went to the beach with the hopes of finding some Dunlins (Bonte Strandloper). I found fifteen of them, accompanied by even more Sanderlings (Drieteenstrandloper). After spending some time taking shots (and getting wet and covered in sticky sand) I headed back for the car. En route I found a dead Common Murre (Zeekoet). Not really a pleasant sight, but I took a shot nevertheless…

Mooie beelden van deze Strandlopertjes. Bonte en 3teen…ze staan er allemaal even fraai op. Volgens mij heeft de 3teenstrandloper nog gedeeltelijk zijn zomerkleed? Minder fraai beeld is natuurlijk de overleden Zeekoet.
Hopelijk is je camera weer zandvrij verklaart.
