Last weekend we spent with friends in the province of Zeeland, a place that is normally very good for birding. Alas, not this time. No many around, and those that were around were not to be seen in favorable surroundings. The only moment fit for shooting was at the end of Saturday, when the setting sun made for some nice clouds and color patterns…. But even then I had to work with what was around 😉

Afgelopen weekend brachten we met vrienden door in Zeeland, normaal gesproken een goede plek om te vogelen. Helaas, niet deze keer. Er zat erg weinig, en wat er zat, bevond zich niet echt in een aantrekkelijke omgeving. Het enige moment dat zich nog enigszins leende om te fotograferen was zaterdagmiddag, toen de ondergaande zon zorgde voor fraaie wolkenluchten en kleurpatronen…. Maar zelfs toen moest ik het maar doen met wat er toevallig was….
