Last weekend we visited Venice for a few days. It was even better than I expected, a relief to be in a place without cars. Of course the city is crowded with tourists (like us), but all seems to run smoothly. We had a great time just roaming around, and walking without a plan – which is the best way to explore a city in our opinion. To get some idea about what we have seen, herewith some picks. No birds for a change 😉 .
